Exam signature uploads need a clear ink signature on white, at specific pixels and KB — often much smaller than a photo. A grey desk photo of your signature usually fails even if it “looks fine.”

Pipeline that works

1. Sign in dark ink on plain white paper; photograph square-on in even light.
2. Open the matching tool, e.g. NEET signature, SSC signature, or UPSC signature.
3. Let the tool threshold ink onto white, then hit dims + KB.
4. Download the named JPG and confirm size in file properties.
5. Prepare the photo separately (exam photo pipeline).

If you only have a transparent PNG signature, flatten via PNG to JPG then use the signature tool or compress.
